Panchakarma

Kerala, India

A deep Ayurvedic reset for body, mind, and nervous system

Guided & Facilitated by Grateful Minds

Panchakarma is one of Ayurveda’s most comprehensive rejuvenation processes.
It is designed to support deep restoration — physically, mentally, and emotionally — through doctor-led care, personalised therapies, and sustained rest.

At Grateful Minds, Panchakarma is offered ethically, transparently, and safely, in partnership with accredited Ayurvedic hospitals in Kerala, India — the birthplace of Ayurveda.

This is not a spa retreat.
It is classical Ayurvedic medicine, practised with precision, care, and integrity.

What is Panchakarma

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic process used to support balance and renewal at a whole-system level.

It is designed to:

Support digestion and metabolic balance (Agni)

Gently clear accumulated stress and stagnation

Rebalance the Doshas

Encourage emotional clarity and deep rest

Strengthen long-term resilience and wellbeing

All Panchakarma programmes are:

Prescribed by licensed Ayurvedic doctors

Delivered by trained, classical therapists

Personalised following medical assessment

My role is to prepare, guide, and support you through the journey — not to diagnose, treat, or provide medical care.

My Story

Following my triple-negative breast cancer diagnosis in August 2024, I knew I needed a form of support that addressed more than symptoms.

Alongside medical care, I chose to explore a holistic path — one that supported my nervous system, digestion, emotional resilience, and capacity to live with uncertainty.

Why Panchakarma matters to me

In May 2025, I travelled to Kerala, India to undertake a traditional, doctor-guided Panchakarma programme.

Before any treatments began, an Ayurvedic doctor took time to listen deeply to my story and carried out a detailed Dosha assessment. I learned that I am Pitta dominant (influenced by intensity, drive, and heat), insight that shaped a treatment plan designed to cool, soothe, and rebalance my system.

Over two weeks, I received carefully sequenced therapies working across physical, emotional, and nervous system layers, including oil therapies, digestive support, nervous system calming practices, and restorative treatments.

This was not a spa experience.
It was ancient medicine, practised with precision, care, and compassion.

I left Kerala feeling calmer, lighter, clearer, and more connected to my body, with a deeper understanding of how I need to live to support balance long-term.

This experience is why I now help others access Panchakarma safely, ethically, and with informed support.
