Panchakarma

Kerala, India

Doctor-Led Ayurvedic Healing

Facilitated by Grateful Minds | Delivered by Dr. Unni’s Ayurvedic Hospital

Panchakarma in Kerala, India offers one of the most profound systems of healing available within Ayurveda. Rooted in thousands of years of medical tradition, Panchakarma is designed to restore balance across the body, mind, and nervous system through doctor-led care, personalised treatments, and deep rest.

This is not a spa or wellness retreat. It is authentic Ayurvedic medicine, practised with clinical integrity and continuous medical supervision.
