By accessing this website, engaging with our services, or submitting an enquiry or booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. Grateful Minds provides:

  • Online and in-person mindfulness courses, workshops, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellbeing sessions

  • Educational content, including Ayurveda-based lifestyle guidance and self-assessment tools

  • Digital content (including recordings, guides, and materials)

  • Facilitation and support for connections with third-party Ayurvedic clinics, practitioners, and retreat providers

  • Hosting and guidance for group retreat experiences in collaboration with third-party venues

  • Affiliate recommendations aligned with our values

  • Grateful Minds does not provide medical treatment, accommodation, or travel services.

2A. Third-Party Providers & Facilitation Services

Grateful Minds may introduce, connect, or facilitate bookings with external Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, retreat centres, or wellness providers (“Third-Party Providers”).

This may include:

  • Panchakarma programmes

  • Ayurvedic consultations

  • Herbal prescriptions or products

  • Residential retreats or wellness stays

By engaging in any such service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Grateful Minds acts solely as a facilitator and booking agent

  • All treatments, accommodation, and services are provided directly by the Third-Party Provider

  • Your contract for these services is with the Third-Party Provider, not Grateful Minds

  • Grateful Minds does not control, supervise, or deliver these services

Grateful Minds does not:

  • Provide medical advice or diagnosis

  • Guarantee outcomes or results

  • Accept responsibility for the services delivered by Third-Party Providers

3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds
3.1 Grateful Minds Services (Courses, Workshops, Sessions)

Full payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy:

  • 100% refund — 3+ weeks before start date

  • 50% refund — 3 to 1 week before

  • 25% refund — 1 week to 3 days before

  • No refund — within 3 days

3.2 Digital Products
  • Digital content may be free or paid

  • Paid content may include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee (where stated)

  • No refunds are available once content has been accessed beyond this period

3.3 Physical Products

Physical products are fulfilled via third-party suppliers.

Grateful Minds is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Manufacturing issues

  • Third-party fulfilment errors

3.4 Facilitation Fees & Third-Party Services (Panchakarma & Retreats)

Where Grateful Minds facilitates access to Ayurvedic clinics or retreat providers:

A facilitation fee is payable to Grateful Minds for:

  • Guidance

  • Booking coordination

  • Communication support

  • Preparation and integration support

This fee is separate from the cost of treatment or accommodation. All treatment, accommodation, and retreat-related services must be paid directly to the Third-Party Provider

Grateful Minds does not:

  • Sell or provide retreat packages

  • Collect or process payments for clinic or venue services

  • Act as a tour operator

  • Any financial arrangements with Third-Party Providers are independent of Grateful Minds.

4. Delivery of Services
  • Online services are delivered via Zoom or similar platforms

  • In-person services will include location and logistical details

  • Booking confirmations are sent via email

  • We aim to respond to enquiries within 48 hours

5. Participant Responsibility

All services provided by Grateful Minds are for educational and wellbeing purposes.

You agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your physical and mental health

  • Seek appropriate medical advice before participating in any programme

  • Inform us of any relevant health conditions where appropriate

5A. Ayurvedic & Wellness Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • Ayurveda is a traditional system of wellbeing and not regulated medicine in the UK/EU

  • Treatments, herbs, and detox programmes may have varying effects

  • You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before undertaking any treatment

Grateful Minds is not responsible for:

  • Reactions to treatments or herbs

  • Clinical outcomes

  • Advice or prescriptions given by Third-Party Providers

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Grateful Minds is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content

  • Use materials for commercial purposes

  • Republish or resell any materials

All content is for personal use only.

7. Affiliate Relationships

Grateful Minds may receive commissions or referral fees from certain third-party services or providers. This does not increase the cost to you unless explicitly stated. We only recommend services aligned with our values and experience.
