A gentle way to close your day and week.

This 1-hour evening class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and transition into a more restful state: both physically and mentally.

We begin with simple breathwork to regulate the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation to quiet the mind. The session closes with a short sound healing experience, allowing the body to deeply relax and integrate.

Held in person at Yoga Life Studio, this is your time to slow down, soften, and reconnect before the evening settles in.
