Grateful Minds acts solely as a facilitator and booking agent when supporting clients in accessing Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma programmes, retreats, or related services provided by external practitioners, clinics, or centres (“Third-Party Providers”).
By using Grateful Minds to assist with any such booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Role of Grateful Minds
Grateful Minds provides guidance, coordination, and support only
We act as an independent intermediary, not as a provider of treatment or accommodation
We do not operate as a travel agent or tour operator
2. Third-Party Services
All treatments, consultations, accommodation, and services are provided directly by the Third-Party Provider
Your agreement for these services is with the provider, not with Grateful Minds
The Third-Party Provider is solely responsible for:
Medical care and treatment
Accommodation and facilities
Pricing, availability, and booking terms
3. No Medical or Clinical Responsibility
Grateful Minds:
Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Does not supervise or control clinical procedures
Does not guarantee outcomes or results
All medical decisions, prescriptions, and treatments are made solely by the relevant practitioner or clinic.
4. Payments
Any fees paid to Grateful Minds are for facilitation, guidance, and support services only
All treatment, accommodation, and programme fees are paid directly to the Third-Party Provider
Grateful Minds does not:
Collect or process payments for treatment services
Sell or package retreat or medical services
5. No Control Over Third-Party Providers
Grateful Minds does not control and is not responsible for:
The actions, omissions, or conduct of Third-Party Providers
Clinical care, treatment quality, or outcomes
Changes in pricing, availability, or scheduling
Cancellations or operational decisions made by the provider
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grateful Minds shall not be liable for:
Any injury, illness, or adverse reaction arising from treatments
Any dissatisfaction with services provided by Third-Party Providers
Travel disruptions or logistical issues
Any indirect or consequential losses
All claims relating to treatment or accommodation must be directed to the relevant provider.
7. Your Responsibility
By proceeding, you confirm that:
You understand the role of Grateful Minds as a facilitator only
You will enter into a direct agreement with the Third-Party Provider
You take responsibility for your own health, travel, and participation decisions
