Why learn from me...
I didn't come to mindfulness through a textbook.
I came to it through necessity.
While pregnant with my second child I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. In the same year I lost one of my twins. I was also holding down a demanding corporate career while trying to be present for my family.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed and completely disconnected from myself.
I've guided women through mindfulness courses and workshops both online and in person. I've sat with women in their most overwhelmed moments and watched something shift.
And I know this, the tools I'll teach you in this workshop work. Not because research says so. Although it does. But because they worked for me when I needed them most.

Mindfulness didn't just help me cope. It changed the way I relate to everything, my body, my thoughts, my life.
That experience is why I trained with MindfulnessUK to teach the gold-standard MBSR programme. It's why I deepened my practice with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. It's why I became an accredited Reiki healer.
Not to collect qualifications but because every single practice I teach I have lived, tested and genuinely believe in.
